Hey Love Letters lets you create personalized pages full of romantic memories. Pick a theme, add photos, music and messages, and share a unique link with the one you love.
How do I create my first card? expand_more
Once you've signed up, go to your dashboard and click "Create new card". Choose a theme, add your details as a couple and publish. You'll get a link to share.
Can I edit my card after it's published? expand_more
Yes! In your dashboard, click "Edit" on the card you want to change. Your changes are saved automatically and the link stays the same.
Can anyone see my card? expand_more
By default, only people who have the link can open your card. You can manage privacy in Settings.
Can I get a refund? expand_more
Yes. All plans are one-time payments — there's no subscription. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase by emailing support@heyloveletters.com with the subject "Refund". See our Terms of Use for details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? expand_more
Go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot your password?". We'll send a reset link to the email on your account.
